What methods of payment can I use to buy stuff on Axka.com?
We currently accept Paypal and all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Is my credit card data sent using a secure connection?
Yes, at Axka we make sure your data is secure! Axka uses a third party payment provider called Stripe to handle all credit card information and payments. Stripe is an industry standard PCI-approved payment provider, which means that your credit card information is as safe as can be. All credit card data is sent directly to Stripe over HTTPS which means the data is encrypted, and that Axka never actually sees your credit card number.
When will my order get delivered?
Excited? We are too! We process and ship our orders as soon as possible but, because of the wide variety of products and vendors that we carry, it’s impossible to give a general answer about shipping times. To view an estimated time of delivery for a specific product, please refer to products shipping methods prior to the checkout and read any additional shipping information on the product page.
Where does Axka.com ship to?
Everywhere. Seriously, our sales platform accommodates every country worldwide. We will ship virtually anywhere: residential, commercial, APO, and FPO addresses as well as P.O. Boxes, and selected U.F.O.’s.
What shipping companies does Axka use?
Shipping depends on the country of the merchant and the country of the customer. All of our merchants use their carrier of choice if possible but we will assist them in making shipping arrangements if necessary. We require all merchants to provide their customers with a tracking number as soon as possible if applicable.
How do I track my package?
You will receive a confirmation email once your product has left the merchant and is on its way.
How do I track my orders?
Go to Axka - Orders. For security reasons, we do require you to enter the order ID, billing last name, Email or Zip Code to retrieve your order information.
How much does shipping cost?
Before you pay anything, the exact or estimated cost of shipping your product is shown as part of the checkout process. The exact cost of shipping varies depending on a number of factors including location, weight, etc.
